Carlton Towers is a privately-owned, Victorian Gothic-style country house sitting in the beautiful nature of Yorkshire. Available for use as a wedding venue, the property is set amongst 250 acres of parkland, with verdant gardens and magnificent scenery to enhance any big day. Home to Lord and Lady Gerald Fitzalan Howard, Carlton Towers have been hosting weddings for over 30 years, ensuring every detail for each event is perfect. Here, couples can enjoy a celebration with their loved ones immersed in spectacular beauty.
This stately home is licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 170 guests for a ceremony and reception and 200 for an evening celebration. For couples who prefer a smaller affair, we also host intimate gatherings with up to 30 attendees.
We offer exclusive use of the venue, comprising of three grand staterooms, 16 individual and beautifully designed character bedrooms, 5 exquisite cottages, a minstrel’s gallery, bar, lobby, dance area, armoury, drawing room and garden. By presenting our new collection of wedding packages we are confident we can cater to your every whim.
Carlton Towers prides itself on its varied and extensive wedding options and our suggested ideas for the most special of occasions, but ultimately, we will tailor our suggestions to suit your needs. Our team of in-house chefs pride themselves in producing delicious menus tailored to different budgetary, dietary, and cultural requirements. If desired, we can also work with you to create a bespoke menu so every course is perfect for you both. Our in-house florist and stylist, Blonde and the Blooms, will be available to discuss concepts and ideas for your special day. The Celebration will be organised and co-ordinated by our experienced events teams who will carefully discuss plans with the happy couple and ensure every detail is in place.
