York House at the Talbot Hotel
Description:

York House at the Talbot Hotel - a Proper Yorkshire Wedding

York House is the newest addition to the Talbot Hotel in Malton - a dedicated wedding venue in its grounds, situated on the banks of the River Derwent. York House is a stunning 300-year-old property with an accompanying marquee which can cater for weddings of up to 150 guests.

Your special day starts with Reception Drinks in the historic building before moving into the stunning marquee for your wedding breakfast and dancing into the evening. York House is an ideal venue for a unique wedding, filled with fun and laughter.

Your dedicated Wedding Planner will be there to guide you from your first show round to the big day itself. Our team has the expertise to ensure that every detail of your wedding is 'precision planned', from choosing reception drinks, menus and wines, to table decorations, flowers, cakes and beyond.

Our wedding menus offer good portions and relaxed dining, with a focus on more traditional dishes and sharing foods as an option for something alternative to a formal wedding menu.

Malton is proud to have an exceptional reputation for its local food suppliers, many based in Talbot Yard, just across the road from the hotel itself. We work with the best local producers right on our doorstep, so whether you want a personal ice cream bar, local brewery counter or late night fish & chip van, we can arrange something a little special for your big day.
